Rewards for missions can be given in three ways:

Discounted allocation

Some missions will give you a discounted allocation on a projects raise. This can save you a lot of cash on the IDO price

Native token rewards

These are rewards paid in the projects native token

USDC rewards

Stablecoin rewards are sometimes used as an incentive for completing missions
